The White House budget proposal is just a proposal. Congress can *reject* it or *modify* it.
For example, in 2019 the White House wanted to cancel the Block 1B and 2 versions of the SLS through the budget proposal, but Congress literally just said „nuh uh“ and nothing happened.
So I wouldn’t say anything is in jeopardy, unless Congress has completely lost it, which I don’t think. We’ll find out in the fall.
