    1. Not surprising considering this is a woman who gleefully shoots puppies for acting like puppies.

    2. So we’re officially at a point where the Constitution’s system of checks & balances has failed, right?

    3. Okay, Roberts. Who are you deputizing to bring her in?

You either send someone to drag her out of her house and into prison or you give up on American representative democracy. Which is it?

I wonder how history will view this situation, and how their actions reflect on the characters of the people in it. Was reading Robert Harris’s historical novel about the Dreyfus scandal in France over 100 years ago – history has shown how ugly the racially-motivated actions of Dreyfus’s persecutors were, and how inadequate the French military justice system at dealing with the case. In 50 or 100 years, what will history have to say about Ms Noem?

Cruel D’Ville enjoys making peoples lives miserable, it doesn’t matter that it’s unlawful. The people that could hold her accountable are just as cruel as she is.

Don’t worry, the 2A heroes will recognize this affront to the Constitution, surely a harbinger of tyranny, and bring their ARs to the capitol to….

What do you mean they agree with her?

I look forward to the hearings and listening to this administration explain themselves for breaking the law when they’re all out of power in 2028.

    8. So we are knee deep into telling SCOTUS to go F themselves. And this ugly hearted brunette is on board. I see no reason to feel “American” anymore. Nothing about this administration says “America”. It a different place and it’s going to catch up to us all very soon.

      What should be happening:

John Roberts has Noem/Rubio/Miller arrested and puts them in jail until Garcia (and every other illegally removed person) is returned. Then they are charged appropriately for their crimes.

      What will happen:
      Nothing

    10. At this point, with how Kash Patel is running the FBI, I wonder who will be the first one wacked

    11. They can’t let him come back. If he comes back, he talks. If he talks people will hopefully be absolutely enraged.

The supreme courts window for saving democracy is closing rapidly. They don’t seem to mind. If this issue is not solved before Trump has complete control of the army the Supreme Court effectively has lost all power.

Noem and Bondi are in a race to the bottom for most fascist thing in the cabinet.

    14. So, she needs to be arrested for obstruction of justice and held in contempt. We need to sho these fools that they are not above the law. Use state police if the feds won’t do it.

    15. I can’t wait to use this whataboutism with my dad. „So what if Biden had said that there’s no scenario that he doesn’t forgive student loan debt even though the SCOTUS told him no?“

    16. So basically when Trump finishes his term he’s going to pardon every single person working for him in this government so that they cannot be prosecuted for ignoring SCOTUS rulings. The Constitution needs to be changed:

-1. Remove the President’s power to pardon and remove immunity from acts which undermine Congress or SCOTUS as they would contravene the oath taken by the President to uphold the Constitution.

-2. Make the US Marshals come under the authority of the SCOTUS to enforce its rulings, in effect it would have its own law enforcement agency that is independent of both the executive and legislative branches of government and takes precedence over the Justice Dept and the FBI.

-3. Remove emergency powers from the President that thereafter can only be granted through an act of Congress with a limited time frame as stipulated by the SCOTUS. If a clear and present danger exists to the United States in the form of an invading force or domestic upheaval with the aim of overthrowing the govt through such acts as terrorism the President can act accordingly as time is of the essence. However, to wage war on a foreign country Congress must give its consent or SCOTUS can grant an emergency reprieve as time allows with a view to seeking Congress consent asap. Failure to do so will automatically put the President on notice and be asked to rectify his stance if he refuses to follow protocol and could be removed from office by US Marshals.

Lock her up. Make Trump pardon her for defying the Supreme Court. This is complete bullshit, what she is doing is clearly illegal.

So when the fuck does she get jailed for contempt? If this doesn’t happen, it’s the last thing standing between us and Trump having reign to openly operate death camps.
