What reality has he been living in? The last two cycles featured Republicans campaigning for the Democratic nominee, including Republican speakers at the DNC. A year ago Democrats supported an immigration bill that matched what Republicans were asking for 10-20 years ago. It is incredibly disingenuous to insist that Democrats “meet you in the middle” while Republicans keep moving to the right.

Someone once told me as people get older they become more like children. If you think of a spoiled child who wants no rules, no bedtime and doesn’t yet understand what is wrong or right, how the world works and still asks why the sky is blue, thats exactly what we have here. Harris was a moderate candidate, if they’re were republicans that would vote for a democrat they would have! The only way there is room for center right Republicans in the democratic party is if they become democrats and push for policies that benefit the working class over the wealthy.

Interesting article, but the author is dead wrong about AOC and the left. People want change. That’s why Trump was elected – people are fed up with the status quo of American politics. The national sentiment is anit-bigwig, anti-establishment, and ready for something new. Trump was the wrong direction, but it is indeed new. And I think a swingback to the left, farther than we were, is going to be a clear and refreshing choice for many Americans
I dont believe any single one of them are concerned about it. I think they are in fact looking for ways to neutralize the courts and congress.
