Ok. Problem solved, doesn’t matter then. Crazy that it happened, but luckily not important.
In the parlance of workplace safety, this was an incident, not an accident. Procedures were not properly followed, but that didn’t result in changing the outcome of the election. Why this happened needs to be investigated, and reasonable steps taken to prevent it from occurring again, but no major shake up is needed.
