I saw it at a normal in Ski recently. No where near Trondheim, but maybe check one there?

It’s not the same, but the best one in Norway, which is similar imo, is the blue Carmex available at Vita (not the yellow) however it doesn’t have spf.

A bit pricey maybe, but they deliver to your door, are handcrafted in Norway and so eco friendly it’s funny. (The shampoo and the sunscreen is also superb).
This one looks the same, same brand and has spf 15. Its just not called repair AND protect.
