Nordic and Estland Plan Offline-Kartenzahlung Backup, wenn Internet gekürzt wird

In Finland We actually have offline bank cards about 10+ years ago. Those cards isn’t visa/mastercard depency and no need online (and can get visa/mastercad if needed traveling etc.). Teens and „low credit“ people have so called „visa electron“. Electron needs online verification but regular bank card doesn’t. For some reason all of those cards changed online visa or mastercard debit/credit cards. And now we are screwed??? Those times also paychecks got account exactly 0:00 at night. But same time about ten years ago, things „advanced“ and now nobody knows when money transfers.
