Why are the numbers so different between what the VDAB says and what Eurostat says? What’s the difference in the calculation method?
Asking as Eurostat mentions West Vlaanderen having an unemployment of 2.something % for instance and no Flemish province goes above 4.something % whereas here it’s over 6%.
Unemployment rate is irrelevant and I wish the news stopped reporting on it.
What matters is the active employment rate
