Hallo! Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Vermieter. Kurz gesagt. Also versuche ich nur, meine Einzahlung zu behalten. Wie auch immer … gibt es eine Lösung für diese Wand, die ich alleine tun kann? Hinweis: Es hat die schuppige Wandputz/Farbe herausgenommen, damit Sie eine bessere Idee bekommen können.
Bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, wie ich es beheben kann und was alles brauche, das ich aus dem Baumarkt benötige. Jede Hilfe wird geschätzt! Vielen Dank im Voraus.

That is caused by moisture and water leaking in through the window frame and is/was the Landlady’s responsibility to fix it. She’s got no legal ground to charge you for that. On the other hand, as it is not your fault and there is visible mould you have legal ground to ask for reduced rent and/or compensation.
I’m no professional, so take my advice at your own risk, but I had to repair a hole in my ceiling recently and I learned a couple things.
While the other comment is the correct answer, if you want to just cover it up and get out and leave the problem for someone else, go buy a tube of moltofill, 120 grit sandpaper, wall paint, and a Spachtel. Break away the lose bits from the wall, sand the rough bits so it’s more even (doesn’t have to be perfect), fill in the wall with motofil, and spread evenly with Spachtel (also doesn’t have to be perfect). Wait 24 hours to dry, then sand down any rough edges, until it’s smooth. Paint and you’re done.
