Can completely see the NHS and it’s mental health Division ignoring a report that someone might be a danger to their son. Never met a more incompetent and procedure driven group in my life

5 years is laughable for the driving manner and the killing
Heart wrenching, with the father already reporting her beforehand and having already been sectioned & the court acknowledging her mental health after the fact.
She killed her son, but all 3 were let down by the system & saying „She knew what she was doing“ is just painting over that
