He also said that doesn’t know if he needs to uphold or defend the constitution.
He should “believe” in it. If he hadn’t received it in all of his court cases, he would’ve been in jail by now with a long, long sentence. (And the world would be a better place for it.)

Well this is a pretty easy one to solve. Arrest him without due process and see how quickly he and his cult melt down. That’ll tell you what they support (when it applies to them).

He took an OATH to uphold the constitution of the United States which guarantees due process for everyone. If he is backing out of this he has broken his oath and must be removed from office. All of his ilk need to be removed from office. ALL OF THEM.
I think he’s actually pretty smart. He keeps playing dumb and keeps getting away with doing criminal act.
