    1. I can’t really complain about Melita. Speeds are great, reliability is great too. Recently renewed contract and they made a mistake with the prorata billing, one call solved it and the amount will be credited next month. There used to be a time both billing and support were absolutely shocking and they are becoming more difficult again with support by hiding their support numbers and insisting on chat, but they are better than go and epic don’t have decent TV to go with their packages.

    2. I’ve barely had any problem with them and been using their internet since 128k was the best speed in Malta.

      Their mobile reception is not the best at home but, it is what it is I guess.

    3. Isn’t 93 a terrible percentage in this case? that translates to thousands of people. They should NOT be proud of this but totally ashamed. This is like saying we have 95% uptime where the standard talks in the bracket of 99.9 to 99.999%. They are honest, I give them that but totally stupid.

      Customer satisfaction is not about the product or service but how the CS handled your query. So maybe you don’t have home internet for a day, but CS handled your complain well and at the end you gave max score because now you are happy while you still don’t have internet at home.
