Ich kenne ein 15 -jähriges Mädchen, das von einem 22 -jährigen Mann ausgebeutet wird, den sie von Tinder getroffen hat. Ich möchte das melden, aber ich weiß nicht, ob es ausreicht, um zu melden oder ob ich genug Informationen habe.
Ich habe ihre Nummer gelöscht, so dass das weg ist, aber ich kenne ihren Namen, Alter, sie sagte mir, wo sie lebt, aber ich habe es vergessen und es ist nicht Berlin, sie bleibt in einem Jugendamt -WG und geht in eine Klinik für psychische Gesundheit anstelle der Schule.
Für den Missbraucher kenne ich seinen Namen, sein Alter, seines Bildes in Berlin, sein Bild, seine Nummer, seine Nationalität und ich habe ein SS von ihrem Telefon, aus denen hervorgeht, dass er (?) Nach Aktnern gefragt und sie dazu gebracht hat, ein BH -Bild zu schicken.
Ich weiß nicht, ob ich etwas damit tun sollte oder was ich überhaupt tun kann, ich wollte es posten, um Meinungen zu bekommen, denken Sie daran, ich bin nicht von hier, mein Deutsch ist nicht der Beste, möchte anonym bleiben und ich weiß nicht, ob dieser Beitrag hier erlaubt ist.
Ich würde mich über jede Hilfe freuen.

You absolutely should report this. What you described is serious child exploitation and illegal. Even if you don’t have all the info, you already have enough to make a report. Contact the police or the local Jugendamt. You can also report anonymously to [https://www.nicht-wegsehen.net](https://www.nicht-wegsehen.net), a platform for reporting child abuse.
Don’t report to Reddit, report to the police.
Now there are a few things here
First, yes, that’s a creep grooming an underaged girl with mental health issues. She needs help.
Second, I am not exactly sure if a picture with a bra only and no face in a non sexual setting might be considered material subject to the relevant paragraphs about pornographic texts of underaged persons, but if it is, you having it would land you in the same amount of hot water as the person asking for it, afaik. They were supposed to fix the whistleblower protection part of the law but I honestly don’t know the state of that process, so check that. Maybe someone can comment.
Third, if the picture itself wouldn’t be considered pornographic material, the age difference or the age of the people involved itself does not make this a criminal act in Germany unless the guy is in any sort of position of power (guardian, teacher, coach,…) or there is an important public interest in persuection, e.g. the guy is a know abuser with a track record and a prosecutor decides to pursue the case.
So, if you want to report this, be very *very* careful about revealing what kind of chat material you possess on your devices and I would try contacting the girl or her guardians before contacting authorities.
