The tweet you posted describes quite precisely how parties can be banned in Germany (which has happened exactly twice so far): by the Federal Constitutional Court after extensive scrutiny. Not by the government (we’ve had that before, it didn’t end well).

it´s quite funny that they could do more to silence right wing extremism, if they would just concentrate on islamic extremism
