      Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson received a standing ovation on Thursday after denouncing the Trump administration’s “relentless attacks” on federal judges, calling them a threat to the rule of law.

      “ Across the nation, judges are facing increased threats of not only physical violence, but also professional retaliation just for doing our jobs,” Jackson told a conference of judges in Puerto Rico. “And the attacks are not random. They seem designed to intimidate those of us who serve in this critical capacity.”

      They should all be fighting back against his attacks on the rule of law. Conservative or liberal, they are all intelligent and educated enough to be able to see that his actions are blatantly illegal.

      Where is the line going to be for people? Is it when he has US citizens deported? Is it when he has a Supreme Court justice arrested? Is it when he has members of congress arrested? He has already shown he is willing to do all of these things. At what point do people stand up and do something?

      Curious Aussie here. So what happens if a senior judge orders against Trump. Who or how is it enforced ? From here it appears Trump has the FBI and police. Who would enforce an order by a judge?

      If you haven’t been paying attention, MAGA has been threatening the lives of our politicians and judges for years. Things didn’t get this bad naturally. This intimidation has scared a lot of people into towing the line beyond the realm of legality. Yes these people are responsible for their actions but fear of death is contributing a lot to this. This has been a coup for years.

      That Pro Publicaboiece that ran proving how corrupt and more Thomas is and the lack of outcry shows how fucked we are at that level. If Dems come back into power they need to either appoint one per circuit or create a system that rotates federal judges in and out of the supreme court. What we have hasn’t been working and has only deteriorated in my lifetime
