Hallo, was bedeutet das „Nur Gültig Zumm Master-Studium“? Der Name und der Kurs der Universität wurden in den folgenden zwei Zeilen erwähnt, die ich verdunkelt habe. Ist es für jeden Nicht-Europäischen, der ihr Visum aus ihrem Heimatland erhält, oder bin ich die Ausnahme? 😢
Bedeutet das, ich kann meine Universität nicht ändern? Ich bin jetzt in Deutschland und dieser Kurs stellt nicht alles in der Nähe dessen, was sie gesagt haben.
Jetzt habe ich ein Zulassungsangebot von einer anderen Universität, die sich in einer anderen Stadt befindet und möchte dorthin ziehen. Ist es möglich, das zu tun?

I think this visa allows you only at this particular university. What you could do, is arrive with this visa, enroll in the other university, apply for a new residence permit with this new university’s enrollment and get it changed. But again, I’m not an expert and I may be wrong.
Edit: I stand corrected as mentioned by a lot of people. You can only do it after the permission from the ausländerbehörde
Youll have to make a request at the immigration autohrity to change the uni, you cant just change like that. The change request has to be granted(no guarantee). This is normal for all non eu people. Eu people dont need a visa at all so they cant get a thing like that
Without the approval of the responsible immigration authority, you may only study at the registered university/course of study.
The restriction should be stated on all visas of this type, but there are variations in the scope of the restrictions.

It means: You drop out = You get deported
And if you want to change your university or even what you’re studying within the same university, you have to go through the Ausländerbehörde who approve or reject these things according to their mood. It is very much doable, but you need to consult a lawyer first.
And no, this doesn’t just apply to you. It applies to all non-EU students
