And if its old and fucked, you can say „Recently renovated interior“ because they put some new paint and furniture from 4 day clearance… hahaha!
Prices actually stabilized and going down now, as usual. I have neighboring small two bedroom house next to the sea in the city center vacant and available for rent for several months already, last time I checked they were asking 1800 eur/month, pretty reasonable, would fly in just a few days couple of years ago

Every f… body is pushing tons of money into any assets they can put their hands on. Property, gold, etc. Simply way too much free money flowing around the world – obviously that’s not the local working class‘ wages. Masses of Western Europeans are retiring, 99% of them wants to die under a better climate: they are buying up every square inch from the Canaries through Italy to the Red Sea. Russians flee their political system.
