This footage was leaked about a year ago, supposedly part of a longer original video which has been scrubbed from existence.

One thing this clip certainly lends credibility to is that Delta guys punch holes in bad guys until they are well and truly no longer a threat and not a round fewer. I also find it interesting that the target had his rifle trained the complete wrong direction and didn’t even begin to adjust before he was already dead, and that was definitely by design and no coincidence. Many of my patients have described getting shot as feeling similar to being dead-armed by an older sibling — a sudden, jarring impact. It’s a massive amount of energy being transferred into the body.
