Wir haben den Kurs bereits gestartet und haben einen Brief erhalten, in dem er besagt, dass dies bestätigt wird. Während der heutigen Sitzung kommt eine Dame aus dem Büro und gibt uns diesen Vorschlag, damit wir den Kurs fortsetzen können. Sie sagte auch, dass wir auch 50 € mehr zahlen können, um den Kurs so zu halten, wie es ist !! Ist dies legal, kann sie es stornieren, nachdem sie die Bestätigung gesendet oder die Anzahl der Stunden oder die Zahlung ändern?

What does your contract say? It is not that unusual that they have some sort of „if we don’t get enough attendees we may cancel the course“ term in the contract. Personally i never encountered a case where they offer the attendees to just pay more, no idea if that is covered by your contract.
Well, you need to look at the terms and conditions of your contract.
There could be a clause that lets the provider cancel the course if it isn‘t booked by at least x people at y time, because the company would generate a loss.
If there is one, that is their compromising solution.
Imagine a free teacher requestion x€/h. You students must generate that amount, plus taxes and social security, plus location, energy, some course material, water (and again tax on that).
If the company gets 0 or less at the end they won‘t do it. End of story.
