Ich habe es satt, dass meine Vermieterin mir empörend Nachnebenkosten in Deutschland geschickt hat. Letztes Jahr hat sie mir zusätzliche Lebenshaltungskosten von 820 € für 2023 geschickt und dieses Jahr hat sie das für 2024 mitgebracht und es sind 1.450 €. Ich lebe in einem Raum, die Küche befindet sich im Zimmer mit Toilette und Badezimmer. Ich zahle 350 € für die Miete und 100 € Lebenshaltungskosten (Nebenkosten), die im abgelegenen Dorf in Kandern monatlich 450 € monatlich € zahlen. Ich lebe alleine ohne Kinder und Partner. Ich möchte rechtliche Schritte oder irgendeine Hilfe einholen, weil ich denke, dass sie mich abreißt. Ich würde jeden Rat so sehr schätzen, wie ich das vorgehen soll, weil ich mir im Moment keinen Anwalt leisten kann.

According to this, you used a lot of warm water and heating. If that’s the case, there’s nothing to do except use less next year.
So all you need to do is check of the readings are correct. Do you take very long showers or frequent baths?
Yeah, this looks ok except for your very high usage. According to this you occupy 10% of the residential area but are using 30% of the cold water and 40% of the hot water. Your heat consumption is also higher than average.
Do you use that much? If not, you need to check the meters but tbh without the previous readings I don’t know how you can do the math. For us we can get a record of readings from the providers, see if it’s possible for you. Speak to a Mieteverein if the usage doesn’t sound right.
ask r/wohnen they often check Nebenkostenabrechnungen. What I noticed is, that you use a lot of warm water, do you shower long? And 100€ Nebenkostenvorauszahlung per month seems way too low.
