when asked if the 2 year old wanted counsel the child said „poop“ and was then also charged with disorderly conduct.
Government says mother spoke on behalf of the two-year-old and wanted the child to accompany her back to Honduras where the mother is from and was deported to. The child could return to the father in the U.S. should the mother allow the child to do so since child is a citizen.

What process would there be anyways? The child is a US citizen. There’s nowhere to “deport” the kid to. No US citizen should EVER be deported, under any circumstances.

It literally says the mom chose to take her as her sole legal guardian and she can come back and is a USC still, therefore she was not deported. Once you are deported you cannot come back unless someone very very powerful intervenes.
