    1. Directly defying courts. Who made the decision to do that? Looks like it came straight from the top. Shocker

      >In an interview with Time published Friday, the president said he had not asked El Salvador to return Abrego Garcia—yet another reminder of the president’s complete disregard for the rule of law.

So he’s flat-out admitting that he made zero effort to try to get Abrego Garcia back.

This goes against his whole argument that since Abrego Garcia is in El Salvador, there’s nothing the US can do. It’s like saying „We’ve tried nothing and we’re all out of ideas.“

But the trump administration has changed their whole story, of course, because that’s what they do. At first, Abrego Garcia’s deportation was an error and there was nothing that can be done since he’s in another country. Then the story changed to „Abrego Garcia is a violent gang member, so we purposely sent him to prison in El Salvador.“ And trump supporters don’t care about the changing narrative. They’ll believe all the narratives they are fed. If a new narrative about Abrego Garcia comes out tomorrow that contradicts the first two, they’ll believe that too.

Imagine if this asshole had his way, the Central Park 5 would have been executed, all innocent men. This is the same asshole who said Barack Obama was not a citizen and still can’t admit he is wrong on either.

    6. It is ridiculous that the hearings for more information were paused for a week. This has gone on long enough already.

When acting in his official capacity, the Roberts Court gave Trump permission to break the law.

    8. Is there a scenario where Trump gets arrested? I would imagine he can’t just shoot someone in the middle of 5th ave and get away with it (even though he said he could), right? Where is the line?

He simply refuses to be wrong and will go at any lengths to make that happen including trying to subvert this nation and run it into the ground

    10. bc he’ll sue the fuck out of the government and trump will do anything to prevent that from happening

Sounds like treason to me..what was it Trump said about dealing with treason?

And that’s it. This will be the thing he will be removed from office for. Of all the constant offenses this is so cut and dry it makes it an easy choice for going through the whole senate trial. No Teflon Don getting around this, this was trump

Congress must impeach and convict Trump and his cabinet. Call your Senators and Representatives everyday and remind them they swore an oath to the Constitution. Remind them that inaction in the face of evil is a deliberate choice to side with evil. Remind them that the longer they delay, the more precarious their position will be. For what use does a dictator have for people who could take away his power.

But don’t stop there. Exercise your first amendment rights to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of our grievances.

    14. this is one of those things….where its just the potus….like if the fucking president told a cop to pull me over for speeding, does the cop oblige? i think fucking not, youre president, not king, fuckface

    15. Trump was president in 2019 when Garcia was given protection from deportation. If Garcia is such a threat, why didn’t Trump send him back then? It’s hypocritical when it was his own administration that gave him protection in the first place.

This is obstruction. Pam Bondi, do your damn job and arrest him just like you ordered the Judge in Milwaukee arrested for obstruction of justice.

We can’t expect the government to apply the constitution to EVERYONE! Come on now, get real. If you don’t have at least a million then why should the government even bother?

Garcia is his „Central Park 5.“ He believes in his heart that he is a „bad guy“ regardless of any evidence. He will never believe this guy should have due process.

    19. It’s all a test. If no law enforcement comes for him, or serious attempted violence isn’t committed against him because of this, he’ll know that he can do whatever the f*** he wants.

If he doesn’t bring him back I can see trump sitting his as in jail in 2028. What a happy thought.
