He will continue to ignore the courts unless the courts can enforce their rule.

Maybe if Trump was not a career criminal with nothing but sneering contempt for the rule of law, he might win in a non-rigged court once in a while…

He didn’t lose, you know why? Because his tactics is are always throwing random things to the wall and see what sticks. The biggest problem here, is that he can keep trying and if it works out, great. If it doesn’t work out, no negative outcome for him.

He didn’t win, but he certainly lost nothing.

This means nothing. I’ll gladly celebrate when something is actually done regarding these “wins”.

Gee, could this be the day the GOP learns what an executive order is, and is not? That whenever 🍑🍑 doesn’t like a law or a congressional budget, he cannot just write himself a little Executive Order declaring his intent to not follow the law, and do whatever he wants?

      Yeah, I know.

MAGA has wasted 10 years or America’s time putting behind in innovation and nearly destroying relationships with dozens of countries.

Ideally Americans won’t continue to vote for this nonsense.

He needs to be removed, not dealt meaningless/toothless court battles. This whole administration needs to be disqualified and chucked in the scrap bin of history.

not really a bad day in court if you plan on ignoring the ruling anyway

So, guessing the deranged posts will be even more unhinged tonight?

It feels like Trump is racking up L’s faster than I can refresh the news!

Big deal. He doesn’t obey court orders anyway, so it’s only a „bad day“ in a rhetorical sense.

    12. Dazzling-Shallot-309 on

He doesn’t give a sh*t what the courts say because there is no one to enforce these rulings. Congress is chicken sh*t, the dems have no power, who is going to stop him??

So what? Dude has literally been found guilty in court then the same courts did absolute fuck all. I hate everything that isn’t an alphabet drug like thc, lsd, or dmt these days smh lmao.

We all know that currently Trump has “immunity” from prosecution- but no else in the Justice
Department does. I say that SCOTUS starts holding a litany of officials from Federal Attorneys, the Bondi b-tch, to anyone else in the administration that carries out Trump’s heinous policies. There’s more than one way to get an Orange orangutan.

Speaking as a *lawyer*, the big, unspoken thing that Trump is doing wrong tactically is that he’s completely tarnishing the credibility of the Justice Department in the courts. Trial lawyers know that their credibility and believability is everything in a courtroom. If a judge or jury isn’t buying what they’re selling, they’re toast. Judges are rapidly souring on this administration and even friendly jurisdictions are becoming distrustful.

The courts can still hinder the Trump administration in a big way regardless of whether he follows their orders or not. The success of his administration still depends on his administration winning some of its most important criminal, civil, contract, trade, finance, and other matters…. *in the courts*. If judges are detecting that they’re the last line of defense between the Constitution and a raging egomaniacal aspiring dictator, they have a lot of tools at their disposal to derail the administration’s enforcement of its agenda. If the Supreme Court on down actually sours on Trump, he could become a lame duck president quite rapidly.

    16. May every day from this day forward be a bad day in court for trump, up to and including his impeachment and conviction.
