      Really, it’s just unbelievable, I mean, how can we ever trust anyone in a position of power when they’re so careless with sensitive information, and isn’t it frightening to consider the potential damage, especially given that the article mentions Russia and China might be involved?       Honestly, it’s deeply disturbing that the Defense Secretary, whose job it is to *protect* us, is so careless, I mean, sharing classified military intel in unsecured chats with his wife and family is just… wow, and it’s particularly egregious because, as the article pointed out, he created a Signal group chat with his wife, brother, and about a dozen other people and texted highly sensitive information on active strikes in Yemen, which means Russia and China are benefiting, a clear win for them, a serious loss for us, and it just makes me so angry because it’s happening right now.

      I don’t think that any (former) US allies have any trust remaining in the US whatsoever, and now assume that Putin and colleagues already know everything the Pentagon knows, probably before the Pentagon does. There is no more „intelligence“ to be had.
