Ich bekam diese Wurst von meinem Stiefvater, er sagte, es sei deutsch und sehr teuer. Idk was das ist. Meine Freundin hat es kürzlich aus dem Gefrierschrank gezogen, um das „Essen, das wir hatten“ zu verwenden (nicht glücklich, weil ich das zuerst herausfinden wollte, damit es nicht schlecht wird), aber ich habe keine Ahnung, was es ist. Jetzt habe ich diese aufgetaute Wurst und keine Ahnung, was ich damit anfangen soll. Weiß jemand, was das ist, damit ich es in ein Rezept einfügen kann?

I have no idea what this is, but if you’re an East German, you might try to make Jägerschnitzel from this. And if you’re a West German, you would get offended by the mere insinuation

Definitely not expensive, looks like Fleischwurst/Lyoner/Schinkenwurst of some sorts. Make a Wurstsalat.

If I see it correctly, it’s just normal sausage (Schinkenwurst)? I guess you can remove the red peel, cut it into thin slices, then put it on a bread?
Don’t have to eat it all at once though, it’s quite much.
