      They gave him a chance to obey due process guidance. He failed.

      Despite some even being Trump appointees, most on the SCOTUS are legal experts that know what he is doing is fundamentally at odds with the law.

      Roberts is not MAGA. ACB is less and less a Trump supporter with all the threats. And it looks like Kavanaugh may be testing the waters of dissent.

      The Conservative 6-3 majority on the Supreme Court operates as a function of the Republican party. Their legitimacy relies on it. Recall that the general non-Republican sector of the public, those who have followed news, are aware of the corruption of Thomas, the vacations and gifts to Alito, the nonsense of their 14th amendment ruling, the Citizens United grift.

      The Supreme Court [approval rating is 44%](https://news.gallup.com/poll/4732/supreme-court.aspx). Guess who still approves of the Supreme Court. Now imagine if the Supreme Court rules against the Trump administration too often. That remaining pillar of Republican support that the Supreme Court relies on for its legitimacy in the eyes of the American public erodes away. Would non-Republicans, in the face of all the corrupt, dubious, water-carrying, business-slurping the current makeup of the court has engaged in, begin to see legitimacy in such a tarnished group? Nope.

      Therefore, the legitimacy of the Supreme Court rides on the continued support of Republicans, and this court is in no mood to de-legitimize itself in Republicans‘ eyes.

    6. It should’ve lost patience with him before they made him a de-facto king. You can’t remove all form of accountability from someone and then expect them to behave within the boundaries of the law.

      Ultimately, I think he wants to wear them down, too, just like he has Congress and the rest of us.

      Set up a special express lane for his appeals, to expedite the cases that go against him.

      At what point can we declare him a vexatious litigant?

      The Supreme Court and the billionaire class thought they could use Trump as a tool but he is far crazier than even they thought.

      This court has allowed a convicted felon and drug addled immigrant to decimate the core of our government, I don’t hold out hope they will grow a moral or ethical spine suddenly. The recent stories and pictures of the consequences of their decisions have been horrifying. In a mere few days America has gone from being a global leader to a country to be avoided. Roberts should be ashamed of his actions.

      Uh, the Roberts Court actually ruled that Trump is above the law, that he has immunity from any crimes he commits in office. And Trump told us before, with his coup attempt, that he does not plan on ever leaving office. His 3rd term rhetoric is no joke.

      The Roberts Supreme Court paved the way for Trump to become King. They make the Roger Taney Court look like geniuses. They will be going down in history as the worst court in the history of the nation.

    17. The Supreme Court needs to objectively apply the Constitution without deference to any particular individual.

    19. To be honest, Trump doesn’t even know what’s going on. He’s just a rambling bumbling fumbling mouth piece and that’s how „they“ want him to be. He just goes and says what he’s told, he doesn’t even read the piece of paper his scribbles on with his sharpie marker, and it’s debatable if he even can competently and adequately read according to some who have worked closely with him in the past.

      The „they“ I am referring to above is the Heritage Foundation and Project 2025 architects, advisors and Elon’s company henchmen foot soldiers running around executing the plans.

      „They“ are the ones testing the Constitution. „They“ are the ones that truly need to be stopped. „They“ are the weeds that must be addressed.
