I pray to God that the majority of Belarusians don’t think this way.
I bet he’s just angry that Poles claim Grodno and Brześć so he decided to make up a fake Belarusian connection to Białystok
But why should baltic Yotvingian lands now out of nowhere belong to Belarus instead of Poland?
