Hallo, ich habe das gekauft, als ich letztes Jahr in Finnland war. Ich denke, es ist eine ein bisschen Touristenfalle, aber ich wollte Rentierfleisch probieren. Gibt es Vorschläge, wie man das isst?

With mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam
I’d warm it up on a frying pan, preferably with butter, then add thte mashed potatoes and jam already suggested. Taste if it needs salt and pepper. Add to taste if needed.
It’s been years since I found poronkäristys in a can. I used to take it for a meal on weekend hikes.

Soup. I forget how my family made it but it was a cream sauce with some basic veggies, potatoes and carrots, maybe some herb cream cheese in there

Well first you open the can, then eat the content inside. Do not eat the outer metal can.
