Der Vorfall ereignete sich heute früh am Morgen. Mein Vater hat mich gestern besucht und er ist Raucher. Also sagte ich, dass man auf dem Balkon rauchen darf, aber leider nicht im Zimmer. Heute Morgen gegen 6 Uhr rauchte er auch und als er hereinkam, stand ich auf. Wir mussten uns fertig machen und in einer Stunde aufbrechen, um unsere Verwandten zu besuchen, also begann ich aufzuräumen und meine Sachen zu packen. Dann fielen mir die Eierschalen auf meinem Balkon und das Innere auf. Ich fragte meinen Vater danach, und er sagte, er habe sie nicht gesehen, als er rauchte. Meine erste Vermutung war vielleicht ein Vogel, der dringend Eier legen musste? Dennoch war es ein XL-Hühnerei. Dann sah ich das halboffene Badezimmerfenster meines neu eingezogenen Nachbarn. Ich fragte meinen Vater nach dem Fenster und erfuhr, dass es ganz offen war und das Licht an war, wenn er zum Rauchen draußen war. Ich habe das bespritzte Ei und das offene Badezimmerfenster meines Nachbarn fotografiert. Die Art und Weise, wie es geworfen wurde, deutet darauf hin, dass es von dieser Seite kam, genauer gesagt von diesem Fenster. Außerdem habe ich niemanden über mir oder links von mir, der das Ei so werfen könnte. Ich gehe davon aus, dass ihn der Rauch gestört hat, und anstatt an meine Tür zu kommen und mich zu warnen, hat er sich dafür entschieden, dies zu tun. Dies ist jedoch absolut unverschämt und respektlos. Er könnte sogar eine Notiz auf meiner Fußmatte hinterlassen. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit, zu klingeln und ihn/sie zur Rede zu stellen, denn wir mussten sofort gehen. Das Mindeste, was ich tun konnte, war, den Namen an ihrer Tür zu überprüfen, und zu meiner Überraschung handelte es sich nicht um einen einheimischen Nachnamen … Ich bin eine Woche weg, damit die Hitze des Vorfalls bei meiner Rückkehr nachlassen wird. Was kann ich an dieser Stelle tun?

That’s not the worst thing to happen.
Somebody threw some plastic bags filled with cooking oil on my neighbors balcony. That’s a huge mess to clean up.
Yes not the right way to do it but so is smoking on a balcony at 6am with neighbors so close. Maybe have your dad go outside on the street or not smoke at all while he is visiting.
Man, cigarette smoke from neighboring apartments is maddening. I have asthma and it just sucks when that smoke gets near me. Thankfully none of my present neighbors smoke. Anyways, it just smells bad and it’s not against the law, but my throwing an egg at them probably is.
Someone woke up to a bedroom full of smoke. Not so great actually, I can can understand the reaction.
I also can understand that in that state they did not want to come over for a counsel session in der undies and before brushing their teeth and all when the’d rather sleep in until 11… The message was sent, very little harm was done. They have to vent their whole place at 6, you have to clean that up. Fair’s fair.

Yeah it’s maybe a little unreasonable to smoke outside if your live very close to neighbouring flats.
It’s still an absolute caveman response to throw some eggs as retaliation.
Buy eggs, leave them on sun for 2 weeks, or longer, then throw them tu neighbor balcony 🤫
There are a few steps of escalation missing, throwing something on the balcony as reaction should never be the first step!
Since your father was only there to visit, I assume there is no one constantly smoking, plus the visitor might not know the impact.
Smoking on the balcony cannot be prohibited, only limited.
This is a clear overreaction of someone who doesn’t dare to raise the problem in person to find a solution.
