Hallo allerseits, ich bin mir nicht sicher, wen ich fragen soll, also poste ich hier in der Hoffnung, einige Ratschläge zu bekommen.
Ich bin ein vietnamesisches FTM und nach vietnamesischen Recht dürfen wir unser Geschlecht in offiziellen Dokumenten immer noch nicht ändern. Mein rechtliches Geschlecht ist also immer noch als weiblich aufgeführt.
This May, I’ll be moving to Germany to start an Ausbildung as a dental assistant (ZFA). Both my visa and passport correctly show my gender as “F” (female). My Ausbildungsvertrag doesn’t mention gender, since it’s a standard digital form used by the state I’ll be studying in. The Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis and Anmeldung zur Berufsschule both list me as weiblich and refer to me as “Frau.”
Es gibt jedoch ein Problem mit dem an mein Visum verbundenen Zuatzblatt-es sagt „… Zurbersausbildung Als Zahnmedizin Fachangestellter“, wobei die männliche Form mit „-er“ verwendet wird. Ich mache mir Sorgen, dass dies zu Problemen führen könnte, wenn ich am Frankfurter Flughafen in Deutschland ankomme.
Ich bin seit Jahren auf HRT und mein Aussehen, meine Stimme und meine Gesamtpräsentation sind im Allgemeinen als männlich gelten. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass meine Dokumente mich als weiblich aufweisen, aber die Berufsbezeichnung im Visum männlich ist, könnte dies zu Problemen führen, wenn ich die Grenzkontrolle durchlasse? Ich habe wirklich Angst, den Eintritt vom Frankfurter Flughafen Zoll verweigert zu werden.

Generic masculine. I wouldn’t worry about it.
you’ll be fine, the description doesn’t matter, what might be an issue is the fact that you pass as male but have F on your documents but you can just explain it to the border guards and i’m sure you’ll be fine
If you have submitted your fingerprints while applying for your visa, there would be zero issues. I have a similar discrepancy between my legally registered gender in Germany (as a resident) and my travel documents (Residence permit and passport), so far no questions or hassles while entering or leaving through Frankfurt!

Since this doesn’t declare your gender because it’s the generic masculine it shouldn’t matter. Just make sure to tell them how they should address you.
The German language uses a Genus system, meaning that the grammatical gender is not necessarily identical with the „actual“ gender of a thing or person. Until relatively recently, the only and uncontested to be ambiguous about the „actual“ gender was the generic masculine form. Meaning that „Berufsausbildung als Medizinischer Fachangestellter“ contained no implication regarding the biological gender, social gender, or the gender identity of that person.
However, nowadays there’s a large part of German speakers who don’t like the usage of the generic masculine form and prefer a gender sensitive language. A gender sensitive way to word this would be „Ausbildung zum/zur Medizinischen Fachangestellte/n“, for example.
Why the long rant? Because you’ll encounter official forms with the newer, gender sensitive wordings as well as the older ones. Like this one. But it’s just the name of that Ausbildung and there’s no intention to imply a specific gender.
