Well yeah, they want to have a casus belli in their constitution.
peace treaty won’t be signed in comming years (definitely not in 2025, and I guess even in 2026). Aliyev is just wiggling and dodging peace aggrement for policital reasons. For now, even if Armenia had removed land claims from its constitution, Aliyev would have made new claims to decelerate the peace process like „zangezur corridor“, „western azerbaijan“
