Versteh mich nicht absolut falsch, was in Kocani glücklich ist, war schrecklich und die Leute müssen bestraft werden, jeder einzelne der verantwortlichen Menschen. Ich spiele nicht die Schwere des Happends herunter.
Ich habe versucht, dem zu folgen, was seit der Tragödie von außen passiert ist. Ich habe über die Petition gelesen, in der Parlement gebeten wurde, nicht in die Pause zu gehen, sondern um ehrlich zu sein, ich verstehe nicht wirklich, was das mit irgendetwas zu tun hat?
Wie wird die Tragödie jetzt von der Justiz behandelt, oder? Wie Trias Politica? Ich verstehe, dass die Pause zu einer unglücklichen Zeit, aber ich verstehe wirklich nicht, was von ihnen erwartet wird, während die Richter arbeiten. Als ob sie nicht in das Gericht eingreifen sollten, oder? Warum wollen sie sie zurück?
Wie Sie vielleicht verstehen, bin ich nicht mazedonisch und mein Mazedonier ist fast auf dem Niveau, auf dem ich fast den Kindershows folgen kann, sodass ich dies selbst nicht wirklich erforschen kann und die englischen Quellen bestenfalls fleckig sind.
Bitte ich möchte nur verstehen!

Long story short as all stuff in this country, during the fiasco they all say „now is not the time for protests, have some f respect for the victims“, then they particize every possible opportunity for protests, all parties do this because they kind of work together to have their people in all positions, from administration to hospital and schools. It is a public secret that you get a job in an institution only if you are a member of X party and they win. So, they are basically covering each others asses (more like licking), so they practically prevent and there is no major protests, they allegedly arrest few but they smh slip through the fingers of the process and nofucking justice like any other huge tragedy that occurs. It is remarkably fucked up.
Its a fair observation on your part.The parliament really has nothing to do with the case, people are just angry and lashing out against anyone that represents the state on any level, whether its a mayor, public prosecutor, judge, minister, police officer etc.
The case is being handled by the Prosecutors office atm. That being said our system is very corrupt and unless alot of fuss gets made, cases tend to get „lost“ in judge drawers untill their statute of limitation expires. Add to that our very lenient penal code and you have people comitting very serious crimes and serving very little time/none at all.
The current protests are aimed at the government to conduct inspections through its relevant agencies in all fields atm. Public safety, fire hazards, building compliance, even food safety atm. And towards judicial for max. responsibility and high punishments. And the Ministry of Justice to push for a revised penal code.
