Hallo zusammen.
Danke

A solid 2 on the German school grading scale.
The usual courtesies are included, nothing between the lines, appropriate wording for the job and time period.
As far as the tasks listed are concerned, you have to judge whether this fits.
„Stets zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit“ is a good phrase: it means you performed all your duties well. You may not have stood head and shoulders above the rest, but you did what was required of you and you left nothing to be desired.
At the end they say they think you are well-suited to your chosen profession, which is a solid endorsement. Apparently you were enthusiastic, quick to learn and got good results. That’s basically what any employer would want from an apprentice.
The key thing to remember is that while employers have to phrase negative impressions very carefully, they’re not allowed to actually lie. If they say they were satisfied with your work, they were satisfied with your work. If they weren’t, they would have said something like „he made an effort…“ or, if you were really bad, „he was usually punctual“.
