No idea about the song, but if he could share a picture of the record label, it could help.
It’s probably „Þú ert það eina sem ég á“ from a record called **Vilhjálmur Vilhjálmsson – Fundnar hljóðritanir**. Can’t find it on Spotify or Youtube, so probably your only hope is physical medium from a second hand store or something like that.
