Hallo!

Kozy eats and miit are my personal favourites
As far as traditional dishes go – garlic bread and potato pancakes are probably one of the few traditional options, but those always come with a side of sour cream. We don’t do vegan traditionally, as you can imagine, coming from the Nordics. However the places mentioned will do their take and have good options 🙂
My vegan buddy eats in Lido, he knows specifically what to order. Their workers know what to do if people ask for vegan food, they even have separate utensils for vegans, to make sure they don’t get any animal grease.
There’s also a Dabas Stacija shop where you can get ingredients if you prefer to cook at home, and also some snacks.
Boo the burger has one of the best vegan burgers I’ve ever had! There’s also an app you can download with a map of vegan restaurants in Riga – “Augi & Draugi”.
Vegan.lv has a map as well https://vegan.lv/karte/
Mazā terapija and miit are pretty good
Kozy eats and, if you go during working days, Stockpot always has a tasty vegan lunch option. Miit is also okay. I’m on pretty sure Shōyu had a vegan ramen too.
