Why does Congo, the biggest country, not simply eat the smaller ones?

As far as I am concerned, we should colonize Congo and Rwanda.
So they wanted independence and when all hell breaks loose Belgium is at fault for not doing shit? Where is the logic?

The other day I was driving on Avenue de Termiten and there was a demonstration waving DRC flags in front of the Rwandan embassy. At least *they* knew exactly whom to blame!

This is a big issue. The way I see things: Rwanda is stealing minerals from Congo and sells them on the international markets as if they were their own. This is very clear since they export types of minerals that they don’t have on their soil.
So what did everyone have for breakfast
