Hamas has said it will only release American-Israeli hostage and bodies of four other hostages after a ceasefire agreement. They call it an exceptional deal to get a truce back on track. A senior Hamas official said delayed talks over the ceasefire’s second phase must begin the day of the release and last no longer than 50 days.
