Vor einiger Zeit schoss das Griff aus seinem Platz … Ich war nicht im Raum und fand es zusammen mit einigen anderen Teilen auf der anderen Seite des Raumes. Was zur Hölle ist passiert und wie schlimm ist es?

Call maintenance.
I don’t know what that is but looks bad.
Looks like the radiator thermostat, theyre off the shelf items at the hardware store. Maintenance will come install a new one in like 10 minutes.
I’ve no idea what happened, but the good thing is that that part breaking just means your radiator wont regulate the heat of the water going in to the radiator anymore.
Replacement is easy, you can do it by yourself no problem. You can find videos on how to do it on Youtube, if you’re unsure. It’s a push-and-twist kinda deal. Search something like „replacing radiator thermostat“ (not the valve – it looks like the valve is fine here, just the thermostat broke in two).
Though, since the thermostat is in pieces, it might need some fiddling to get done.
