This has been messing with my head for 2 hours and I don’t be able to sleep until I decipher the first word. The rest of the sentence reads „… wegen mangelnder Gegenseitigkeit“.
I think it’s „Verstimmung wegen mangelnder Gegenseitigkeit“ though it’s very difficult to decipher so I might be wrong. Can you see it as well now?
“Vertt. kürzung wegen mängeln der Gegenwärtigkeit”
This translates roughly to:
“Value reduction due to deficiencies in presence.”
