Nach einem langen Arbeitstag beschloss ich, eine Pizza durch Foodora von einem Ort zu bestellen, von dem ich zuvor bestellt habe. In der App konnte ich sehen, dass ein Fahrer zugewiesen wurde, aber nicht näher an das Restaurant herankam. Nach einiger Zeit wurde ein neuer Fahrer zugewiesen und Pizza geliefert. Ich war überrascht, als die Pizza -Schachtel darunter völlig kalt war.
Die Pizza war im Wesentlichen nicht essbar. Die Oberflächentemperatur der Pizza lag bei 24 ° C und die Temperaturmessung wurde mit Chat geteilt.
Ich beschloss, nach einem Manager im Chat zu fragen, aber die Entscheidung sei endgültig, aber ich konnte eine E -Mail senden. Ich habe also das gleiche Ergebnis getan, was die Beachtung nur ist, ist die Zeit, in der der Fahrer die Lebensmittel lieferte.
Es tut mir leid, aber so wird ein Produkt nicht als defekt eingestuft oder nicht. Ich habe sie gegeben, bis die Anklage erfasst ist, um ihre Entscheidung umzukehren und eine Rückerstattung auszugeben, aber ich erwarte voll und ganz, dass ihre Entscheidung bleibt, obwohl ich sicher bin, dass die erwerbende Bank mir auf der Seite des gelieferten Produkts auf die Seite der allgemeinen Erwartungen entspricht.

This has happened to me before and they gave me a 100nok coupon. They were quite understanding to me. But that was a couple years ago

I used to deliver for Uber Eats in the US. Unfortunately, cold food typically goes hand in hand with getting delivery. Especially with these city guys on bikes, scooters, foot…even riding the Bybanen. Of course I’ve ordered through GrubHub, DoorDash, Grab(Philippines), etc. too. Every time I order through those guys, the delivery fees alone make me sick to my stomach. The worst is when you order McDonalds, which is only good for about 10 minutes before you should consume or throw it in the trash because you can’t reheat it.
As someone that buys Foodora way too much. Never buy Pizza on Foodora. If you want stuff to stay warm you gotta get stuff with less surface area. Sushi, burgers and asian food tend to keep their heat a lot better.
Beyond learning the hard way to not get pizza through them the customer service people have been good to me and Ive always got a refund and occasionally a discount voucher aswell if there was anything wrong
I see Norway is reaching US craziness mentality level.
Just warm it a bit. And don’t buy again.
Next will be parents complaining that their kids are hungry because the delivery guy was late
Okay, I don’t know if this is just my more cool (pun unintended) attitude to these things, but you sound a little entitled. It’s winter. Food going from one place to another outside will not be in the same temperature as if out of the oven. How would you even imagine that would be possible? The delivery having an oven in the car or on their bike?
Just heat it up a little?
The thing you might accomplish by this is the delivery person getting blamed or even fired, which has happened with delivery services here before when someone had stupid complaints.
