Im ersten Bild ist das erste Kharchapuri, das ich jemals mit Ei Eigelb gemacht habe, auf dem 2. Bild mit Eiweiß, das ich heute gemacht habe (Chatgpt sagte, ich sollte ein ganzes Ei verwenden) – Kritiker sind willkommen 🙏 Könnte ich einen guten Eindruck auf die Mutter meiner Freunde machen?

ChatGPT is wrong, yolk alone is the correct and most common way to do it.
Generally to my eye your first Khachapuri both the dough and everything looks more correct, I have no idea taste wise obviously but your first image looks like a typical traditional Adjarian.
Some advice, never trust chatgpt on anything no matter what (not at least without corroborating it with some other source first). You were supposed to only use the yolk and leave the egg whites out completely
