Hallo zusammen, ich habe diese Mails von ‚Allgemein Debitoren und Inkassodienst Gmbh‘ über eine Zeitschrift erhalten, die ich nie gekauft habe.
Kurzgeschichte: Ich habe im August 2024 so weit wie ich mich erinnere und für eine Weile ignorierte, aber nach dem dritten Mal ihre E -Mail über die Bezahlung meiner Schulden (was übrigens nicht existiert) ignoriert.
Zuerst habe ich es ignoriert, weil der Name und die Adresse in den E -Mails falsch waren, der Name nicht mein offizieller Name war, sie verwendeten meinen Namen, den ich in den sozialen Medien verwendete, und meine letzte Adresse, die ich bereits im April 2024 verlassen habe.
Also sagte der Anwalt mir, ihnen einen Brief zu schreiben und zu sagen (siehe 3. Bild). Und heute erhielt ich einen weiteren Brief von ihnen, in dem ich mit einer Gerichtsbeschlusses bedroht war, wenn ich erst am 13. März bezahlt habe. Ich habe versucht, einen Termin mit dem Anwalt zu vereinbaren, aber der nächste verfügbare Termin ist am 14. März.

wait and talk to your lawyer, you did exactly what he told you to do, law is really slow in germany. i had to fight for an entire year to get my caution back from my previous landlord. even if they will send this to the court the court will give you a chance to justify this and you can write a nice explanation with your lawyer and it’s most likely done.

Ignore it keep it. and if and that is only if they write a Gerichtlicher Mahnbescheid which is the yellow letter with Postzustellurkunde refute the charge then and there…
Nothing. Don’t let them intimidate you. They want money from you, so they need to prove you owe them. If you’re absolutely certain you never signed up for anything, then let them come at you, they’ll fail in court.
Also make that appointment on the 14th and talk to your lawyer. IANAL.
