Ich erwarte über DHL ein internationales Paket in Deutschland und habe gerade den Tracking -Status überprüft. Das neueste Update besagt, dass das Paket ist "Bereit für die Sammlung"Aber gleichzeitig wird auch erwähnt, dass es wieder mit Zoll ist.
Ich bin verwirrt. Wenn es bereit für die Abholung ist, woher sammle ich es dann? Ich habe keine Benachrichtigung, Adresse oder Anweisungen erhalten, wohin ich gehen soll. Hat jemand das schon einmal erlebt? Bedeutet das, dass ich etwas tun muss, oder sollte ich nur warten? Bitte beachten Sie, dass es zuerst in Frankfurt durch den Zoll geleitet wurde, wo es ungefähr 8 Tage lang blieb und dann in den Zielbereich versandt wurde, wo es wieder von Zoll hilft.
Ich habe den Kundendienst per E -Mail geschickt, aber keine Antwort. Alle Erkenntnisse wären geschätzt! Vielen Dank.

It was some time ago, but when it happened to me I got a letter where to gather my parcel from and what to pay.
I think everything is correct. You can pick it up at the Zollamt and pay tax. I think you will get a letter. You can also call them.
The parcel being held at customs is normal if there is still tax thats need to be paid. You can go to your local customs office and check if they have your parcel there and get it from them. expect that you have to pay something.
i assume that you should also get a letter, or some kind of notification as to where exactly your local customs office is, but with DHL saying that they already handed it over, i would just google it and ask them directly if they have it.
You will have to go to their office, tell them about the contents of the package, open it in front of them and pay the tax on it. Usually you get informed on where to pick it up exactly.
