Hallo zusammen! Ich bin ein Student in Finnland, der gerade am 1. Februar in ein neues Haus gezogen ist. Mein vorheriges Haus kam mit Strom in der Miete, daher brauchte ich selbst keinen Vertrag, aber für das neue Haus bot die Wohnungsgesellschaft Väre Rabatt an, also bekam ich einen 1 -jährigen festen Vertrag mit ihnen.
Ich habe nicht zu viel Gebrauch und es ist nur der Kühlschrank, zwei kleine Lampen und mein Laptop. Am 27. Februar erhielt ich eine Rechnung von Väre mit negativen Euro im Verbrauch, also nahm ich an, dass ich von Januar bis 10. Februar nichts bezahlen musste. Heute erhielt ich eine Rechnung von Vantaan Energia, die mich ein bisschen verwirrt machte. Ich weiß, dass Vantaan Energia ein Händler ist, und die Verwendung von 110 kW für Februar ist laut Väppi -App korrekt, aber wie funktioniert die Abrechnung genau? Gibt es eine Zahlung, die ich für Väre leisten muss, oder ich muss die Rechnung nur vom Händler bezahlen?
Ich entschuldige mich bereits dafür, dass ich gefragt habe, was eine dumme Frage zu sein scheint, aber da ich zum ersten Mal einen Stromvertrag habe, möchte ich sicherstellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Dank im Voraus!

Pay the bill that you get with the information in the bill.
Grid / distributor bill (siirtomaksu) is separate from the actual energy, and yes, you’ll need to pay both.
Not sure what that negative 4 euro is about, but I wouldn’t worry about it
edit, your perusmaksu looks …weird, this is an apartment is it not? Three phases at those amps? It’s only 5€ per month but if you’re talking to the company maybe ask if that’s really correct. Your landlord should have the info on what the fuses should be.
It’s the bill for tax and distribution fees and such. They are usually billed separately. Often they end up being bigger than the actual usage bill. You pay both of the bills.
You can one bill from the supplier (which you can choose) and another bill from the distributor (which you can’t choose). They are separate bills and you have to pay both.
It’s about Electrical grid, company that own that sends bills for grid To being there and upkeeping it. No need To use any power and still have To pay.. Does this answer your question?
The company who sells you your electricity is different than the company who maintains the grid
Regarding the Väre bill, how I’m reading this, they are transferring the €4,40 to the next bill. The Total line is weird, though.. I would expect I to be €0.00
