Hallo allerseits, ich bin letzten Samstag in eine neue Wohnung umgezogen und versuche derzeit, die Heizung zum Laufen zu bringen. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann versuchten mir zu helfen, aber die Heizungen heimen nicht einmal, auch wenn der Thermostat ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr kalt und ich brauche die Heizung, um ab nächster Woche zu arbeiten, wenn ich mit dem Umzug fertig bin. Ich habe die Heizkörper bereits Blutungen, so dass keine Luft im Inneren steckt und die Batterien des Thermostats überprüfe und alles in Ordnung zu sein scheint. Ich frage mich, ob ich versuchen sollte, den Neustartknopf zu verwenden, aber da ich völlig neu bin, eine Wohnung für mich und in Deutschland zu mieten, bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie ich vorgehen soll. Die Vermieterin erzählte mir bereits, dass sie nach einem Techniker sucht. Ich habe Bilder vom Thermostat verlassen (es heißt 15 Grad, aber das liegt daran, dass ich ihn zwischen meinen Händen gehalten habe, während ich die Batterien überprüfte).

If you’re moving into a new apartment, always check if everything works before collecting the keys. Quick question: Do you have gas registered in the house? I think my sister had a similar problem, and it was caused by the heating not working.
doesn’t 15,0°C mean that this is your desired temperature? i think you need to turn this up and if nothing happens you need to check the heating system and see if it has an error (not enough water for example)
Your landlords need a Heizung/Sanitär guy take a look at it.
Does the heater work at all? If it doesn’t start, it could be a number of things. If you or your tenants don’t know how to operate a gas/oil heater, get a pro. If it starts but it doesn’t build pressure to send the water around the place, it’s the pump. If there’s pressure and the pump runs, a valve could be restricting flow to your space. If the flow isn’t restricted, it could be that the feeder valve at the bottom of the heater was turned off for maintenance. If it wasn’t the feeder valve and you hear water rushing into the radiator, bleed the air.
