I wonder if the Armenian government’s thinking has evolved at all now that the tragic outcome of the Ukraine war is becoming clearer. Whatever one thinks of the moral dimension of aligning the nation with the west versus the east or striving for neutrality, the geographical and geopolitical realities are what they are. The support that Armenia is getting from Europe is also minuscule compared to what Ukraine got, even accounting for the relative size of the two countries. If they want Armenia to sacrifice itself on their behalf, they should at least pay up some more!
