Am Telefon sagten sie, es sind 69 Euro, um das Problem zu überprüfen.
Ich war zu der Zeit nicht zu Hause und der Techniker gab meinen Schwestern keinen Preis, da er einen Kurzzirkut fand, als der Strom aus war.
Er forderte 1684. Meine Familie rief mich an, also bat ich sie, nichts zu bezahlen, bis ich den Betrug am nächsten Tag heraus habe. Es war schon 22 Uhr. Er wollte nicht gehen und sagte, er werde die Polizei anrufen und sie werden meine Schwester verhaften. Meine Familie hatte Angst, also kam ich schnell nach Hause und trat ihn raus.
Ein solches schamloses Verhalten, die Frau erschreckt und ihr Haus nicht verlassen, nachdem sie gebeten wurden, zu gehen.
Sie werden wahrscheinlich morgen einen Schuldensammler anrufen. Was soll ich tun? Jetzt. Ich habe ihm nichts bezahlt.

Picked the 1st on on Google when searching emergency electric help? Same as lock smiths and plumbers, they are all scammers rating high on the search engine. My neighbor got conned this way on a Saturday by a plumber for something that could wait until a weekday and a more honest search for a plumber.
Good on you for standing your ground! In the future absolutely do call the police. These scammers need to comply with the law. They did not tell in advance the prices and therefore you were unable to enter into the contract. This abusive behaviour is totally unacceptable. I suggest you ask for advice to Test Aankoop. You can and should contest this ridiculous invoice!
I’m an electrician and what I’m seeing here makes me sick to my stomach. Even if I charged you for the full hour I wouldn’t have gotten higher than 300€ or something.

Had this happen with a plumber. I paid 150eu and all he did was look at my leaking toilet and leave. I’m not sure what the legal process is, but don’t pay a cent and get legal advice.

If a debt collector is an incassobureau, laugh in their face and throw them out. The have no legal standing to force you to do anything. A gerechtsdeurwaarder has more authority but still can´t just barge in and force paylent on the spot. Anyway, there are [procedures](https://economie.fgov.be/nl/themas/consumentenbescherming/opkomen-voor-uw-rechten/invordering-door-een) which need to be followed. You can check if whomever shows up at your door is allowed to and if not, report them.
As to the invoice itself, this is obviously ridiculous. That company probably gambles that people will be scared and pay. Or if they protest, reduce the amount on the invoice to a slightly less ridiculous amount. They´d still come out on top. Then you need to decide whether or not to call their bluff. I´m not a legal expert so I have no idea what your chances in court would be but that invoice is beyond ridiculous. Personally, I´d gleefully tell them where to stuff it if they don´t want to settle for a reasonable amount. Several 100 Euro would be appropriate gor an emergence intervention outside office hours I think.
