Russia is not so important, this is just 140 Mio people.
Feels like a weird way to look at it. You can’t really divide this into arbitary lists. But IMO it looks more like-
China:
Break out of the island chain
Reduce US influence and become the centre of the world
Secure supply chains
Russia:
Conquer neighbours to restore its buffer
Divide the West and break it apart to increase influence
Europe:
Beat back Russia
Keep the LIO alive so it can continue to benefit from it
US:
Dominate China and remain a hegemon
All of its policies are sort of geared towards remaining the sole superpower really.
China still has a lot of people to pull from its rural areas and improve living standards in its poorer regions and its economy is still a bit rough right now. It’s far from achieving its goals.
Russia also has limited interests outside of Europe.
Looking at this. China allies with Europe. Europe insures supporting Taiwanese annexation, China and Europe put nukes in Greenland. Europr makes a lot economic and political concessions to China, but comes out on the winning team.
