We all knew it back than and yet tens of millions of Americans chose to vote for the clown.
I hope all European leaders now realize what kind of USA we have to deal with for at least the next four years. Europe is mostly on its own from now on. Decisions reflecting this must be taken swiftly. Financial aid and military aid must be stepped up to at least match what the US has given. Our own armed forces and MIC must grow in size and quality just as quick. Now is the time to act as if our lives depended on it, as they likely do.

We Norwegians are not interested in your politics. Keep it on your side of the Atlantic. We have our own problems. We don’t care for American problems.
A nation without social security and healthcare does not belong at the table of grown up nations.
As an American, I am so sorry this is happening. Everyone I know voted for Harris. We don’t want any of this.

I sincerely hope Europe can make something good out of this situation and become more independent and strengthen itself.
I feel really sorry for all of my American friends that didn’t vote for Trump and are now stuck in a country that is plummeting into chaos and selling its moral integrity for blood money…
I know a lot of Americans are going to try to just endure until the next elections, but there might not be a fair election in four years. I hope you can find a way to make things right…
