Tourism is the worst thing that can happen to a country
I was in Baku for COP from Pakistan. I find it a very walkable city, less chaotic traffic (heard that govt ordered work from home for most people), and people keeping to their business. Food was good, specifically a Turkish restaurant on Nizami Street, but I also ate an extremely salty pizza on Nizami Street. Overall, a beautiful city with nice people.
