Hallo! Ich plane eine Reise von Deutschland nach Portugal. Ich bin Inhaber eines Rezepts für medizinisches Cannabis und möchte mir für meine Reise ein Schengen-Arzneimittelrezept ausstellen. Allerdings bedarf das Rezept selbst einer behördlichen Genehmigung und ich verstehe nicht ganz, wie ich es zubereiten soll.
